Their bus broke down and we were stranded on the side of the road until the sheriffs showed up and we were left little information on what they were going to do for us moving forward. When I called about it the lady was very rude and practically wanted to hang up on me. We were supposed to get back to Vegas around 7 but didn’t until 12. Never once did we receive an apology. I understand things happen but the way they handled it was completely unprofessional.”

About an hour before our first restroom stop. The views from the south rim were amazing. The folks at the visitors centers are friendly and cordial but the highlight is definitely Duane our driver. He is semi - retired though and only training new drivers so you might now get him on your tour but have fun!!!!”
